POLICY RETURN DEADLINE:
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We have no exchange/returns/refund policy unless an item is damaged. If an item is faulty, it needs to be reported within 24 hours of the purchase. All of our items are throughly checked before packaging and posting out. We ensure our items are not damaged or faulty.
It is not possible to cancel an order once order has been placed.
We have made every effort to try true capture the true colour of items but due to lighting and camera quality this may differ slightly. All sizes and measurements of products are approximate. If exact measurements are needed please contact us. We provide as much information and detail as we can, so that you are aware of exactly what you are purchasing. It is the buyers full responsibility to read the description box of each item, and view the size chart before placing an order.
International customers need to ensure they declare their goods as returns. When the goods are not declared as returns a is fee charged at Intrap London expense which will then be deducted from the refund amount.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us the top of the page and send us an email. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking the contact us at the top of this page.
We make sure to answer all emails within a 24 hour time frame.
To return your product please email us for instructions we will answer your email within 24 hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
